About 3 years ago I started an intensive search for a better, healthier and ‘slimmer’ lifestyle. Although I was a vegetarian for over 20 years and successful sports and remedial massage therapist, I was not only overweight (91 kgs) but also my body simply didn’t feel good.

I experienced prolonged periods of tiredness and mental fog, headaches, strong allergies and gall bladder problems. I wanted to lose weight but was never able to.
Then, three years ago, I seriously started trying to make a change. First I tried diets, which did help me lose some kilos, and gave me hope, but did not really improve my general well being. So I kept trying new things, until I figured out a lifestyle that would address the deeper issues.

I lost 20 kg. My body not only looks but also feels better. I wake up easily without the tiredness and mental fog. I have more creativity and the energy to apply it. My headaches and gall bladder problems are completely gone and the allergies almost completely. My strength and flexibility improved significantly, and I recuperate much faster after hard physical work or intense exercise.
Instead of a temporary diet or program, I found a sustainable lifestyle, one I love enough to practice for the rest of my life.

My goal

After I improved my diet, I quickly realised how much better I felt, and how I was suddenly able to conquer the problems I had been struggling with for a long time.
I began to see how what and how I ate completely controlled my wellbeing.

Many people think that they have a healthy diet, but they may still be eating in a way that is causing them problems. I was vegetarian, and I didn’t drink, but I was still feeling drained, lacked mental clarity, and had serious allergies, among other health problems.

Now, by cutting certain foods out of my diet, I’ve been able to fix that. Not only did I lose 20kg, I actually feel healthy and happy, in mind and body.

I believe in what I’m teaching, because I’ve experienced how much it helped me. I know I can help you become a healthier and happier version of you.

I am a Professional Sports Therapist by trade, so, in addition to nutrition, the program focuses on exercise and improving posture and mobility.
